What is the relationship between BreederCloud and the Chongkebang app?
The Chongkebang app is a free mobile tool (data stored locally), while BreederCloud is a more powerful cloud-based management platform. The former is great for daily personal management; the latter is designed for professional kennels and catteries, offering complete breeding decision support including pedigree management, trial mating planning, pregnancy tracking, and more advanced features.
How do I get started?
Visit our website → Click "Apply for Trial" → Fill in basic info → After approval, receive 30 days of full-feature access → Choose a suitable plan when the trial ends. No payment card required.
Is my data secure?
All data is securely stored in the cloud with strict isolation between breeding facilities. Site-wide HTTPS encrypted transmission, password encrypted storage, files securely hosted on Tencent Cloud COS. 4-tier role-based permissions + full-module audit trail.
Which breeds and species are supported?
Dogs and cats have full feature support (heat prediction, progesterone tracking, color prediction, etc.). Rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas, and guinea pigs have basic support. The breed library can be custom extended. Color prediction and genetic disease analysis currently support dogs and cats.
Can multiple people collaborate?
The Standard plan supports up to 3 users; the Pro plan supports up to 10 simultaneous collaborators. Three roles are available: Owner, Staff, and Viewer, with granular module-level permission control.
How do buyers view offspring information?
Breeders generate a "digital ID" for each offspring through the system and share the link or QR code with buyers. Buyers scan to view offspring details, parent profiles, pedigrees, vaccination records, and e-contracts — no registration required.
Is data export supported?
All plans support CSV export. The Pro plan additionally supports full data backup, including complete export of pet profiles, health records, financial data, pedigrees, and all other data.
How do non-profit rescue organizations apply for free access?
