About BreederCloud
What is the difference between Standard and Pro?
Standard covers the daily workflow — heat, mating, pregnancy, litters, buyers and basic finance. Pro adds what serious breeding operations need: multi-generation pedigree with COI, the trial mating simulator, all business reports, and the buyer portal. Start on the free trial and upgrade only if you actually need those.
How do I get started?
Visit our website → Click "Apply for Trial" → Fill in basic info → After approval, receive 30 days of full-feature access → Choose a suitable plan when the trial ends. No payment card required.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is visible only to you and the people you authorize — no other facility can see a single record. Everything is encrypted in transit, photos and files are stored on Tencent Cloud, and every change leaves a trace. If you ever switch devices, nothing is lost.
Which breeds and species are supported?
Dogs and cats have full feature support (heat prediction, progesterone tracking, color prediction, etc.). Rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas, and guinea pigs have basic support. The breed library can be custom extended. Color prediction and genetic disease analysis currently support dogs and cats.
Can multiple people collaborate?
Yes. Standard allows up to 5 users, Pro up to 10. You can give each staff member their own account — some can only view, some can record but not edit, some have full control — so everyone stays in their own lane.
How do buyers view offspring information?
Each offspring gets a shareable link or QR code. Buyers scan it and see the offspring's details, parent profiles, pedigree, and vaccination records — no registration, no app to install. You never have to send photos back and forth again.
Is data export supported?
Yes. Every plan lets you export your records as spreadsheet files; Pro adds a full backup that takes everything with it — profiles, health records, finances, pedigrees. If you ever stop using the system, your data is still yours.
How do non-profit rescue organizations apply for free access?
